Design a student teaching task appropriate for the Chapter 5-Fashion Marketing & Communication at Level 4 BA Fashion Management students. Test appropriateness through a practical workshop that I record, analyse and evaluate.

Exercise-Customer’s loyalty campaign

Developing a social media site with customer loyalty focus.

The purpose of setting social media site is to practice how to communicate with customers and increase consumer’s loyalty to the fashion brand.

Step one: creative a free social media site

You may creative the Wix /Facebook /Instagram /Tweeter.....

And choose a clearly and simple template and load images to communicate a brand. eg, logo/name/slogan.....

Step two: images

Download 6 images of fashion products from Google. eg, Prada /Miu Miu /Zara /Coach /Guess......

Step three: strategies

Decide what strategies use in your social media site. There are some examples in context “How to effectively increase customer loyalty?”

Step four: materials

Design a material/ materials what you choose (Voucher/Coupon/Discount card.....)

Step five: if link the Facebook, Tweeter and Instagram, design the page.
